About

We have developed a cost-effective, environmentally safe solution for extending the shelf life of fresh fruits and vegetables by 3 - 5 times (USDA proven) as well as destroying 99.99%of the bacteria (confirmed by Purdue University). This is accomplished by removing oxygen from a sealed container (creating an inert environment) in which materials can be stored. Although initially applied to fresh produce the technology can be extended to any organic, more recently to blood storage where an 80% increase in shelf life has been documented by the NIH and US Army.

The unit also has the option of operating with separate containers or wine bottles to allow for extra storage and placement in a refrigerator

OEM Evaluatoin System

GreenLifeTech has developed and delivered the Evaluation System to OEMs allowing them the flexibility to vary parameters to fit their specific requirements. This includes oxygen levels, ozone levels, frequency of refresh, container size, etc. The productized version is expected in 9 - 12 months. We have been awarded more than $850K in non-dilutive grants, primarily from the EPA, to develop the base technology for refrigerator OEMs. Additionally, the company was recently awarded its first international patent on the base technology with 4 more pending.
