Each hub is strategically positioned to provide premium service within a 10km delivery radius, ensuring rapid response times and optimized last-mile P&L. Vertical to Horizontal Scaling: While our core launch focus is the specialized Shisha,, Snacks & Confectionery categories,, our infrastructure is purpose-built for rapid expansion to broader restaurants & other vendors categories. Full-Stack Infrastructure: By owning the inventory and the fleet, we unlock multiple high-margin revenue streams, including delivery fees and integrated digital/mobile advertising, providing a more resilient model than standard third-party apps. Current Status & Readiness Validated Proof-of-Concept: Having successfully completed our pilot phase, we are currently in a strategic re-launch.
