Combines a senolytic agent that clears detrimental senescent cells with a proliferation-enhancing agent that stimulates tissue regeneration. Addresses both accumulated senescent cells and reduced cellular proliferation to restore regenerative capacity and improve healing in aged tissue. Topical gel formulation for chronic wounds including venous leg ulcers and diabetic foot ulcers. Platform is designed for multiple INDs and therapeutic combinations with potential for systemic treatment and broader platform expansion to aging-associated diseases.
