Startup Oasis by Prepare 4 VC

Prepare 4 VC is building Startup Oasis, an operating system for founder-support programs. After years of working directly with founders, we have seen the same problem across accelerators, venture studios, universities, and startup ecosystems: programs generate significant activity, but founder evidence, decisions, and progress remain fragmented across meetings, forms, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools. Startup Oasis is designed to change that. Compass 10Q is already operating within Prepare 4 VC programs, helping structure founder evidence, identify what has changed, and guide the next most important action. Breakthrough provides the guided delivery environment, while Foundation Core is being developed as the governed evidence and intelligence layer underneath the platform. Our next phase is focused on commercial validation: confirming the initial institutional buyer, pricing, implementation model, and renewal value through customer discovery and paid pilots. We are preparing a $1 million pre-seed round to fund 18 months of product development, research validation, and institutional pilots. We are looking to connect with early-stage investors and design partners who believe founder support should be measurable, continuous, and increasingly intelligent.
