Modal Motors Claw Pole Transverse Flux Motors (CP-TFM)

Non-rare-earth (and rare-earth optional) electric motors built on a proprietary transverse flux architecture that harvests significantly more magnetic flux than conventional radial flux motors, delivering higher efficiency, higher power factor (0.90-0.97), lower mass, better thermal performance, and integral failure resilience (phase isolation prevents catastrophic failure from phase shorting). Built with net-shape molded components for zero-waste manufacturing, modular single-phase stator modules, and available in BlueLine (non-rare-earth and non-heavy-rare-earth: Ferrite, FeN, SmFeN) or RedLine (heavy-rare-earth: N45SH/N48SH) magnet configurations. Targets drone propulsion, robotics/actuators, data center cooling pumps/fans, industrial equipment, and people mover vehicles.
