Untill Inc. is an agricultural technology company built to fix a food system that depends on shipping produce thousands of miles before it ever reaches a plate. We've engineered proprietary vertical farming hardware and software — combining modified hydroponics, autonomous operations, and an AI data layer — protected by two granted patents, that make large-scale, resilient, year-round food production possible anywhere. Our first facility in Hudson, MA is already growing and selling leafy greens into the grocery retail market, proving the model works at commercial scale with the unit economics to back it up. From here, we're building a second New England facility to expand our product line into strawberries, and beyond that, franchising our technology and operating platform so communities everywhere can grow fresh, local food insulated from climate shocks and supply chain disruption — not just for Untill, but for a food system built to actually withstand the world we're heading into.

Packaged Leafy Greens
Untill's packaged leafy greens line includes Arugula, Kale, and two signature blends — Wild Medley (a mustard greens mix) and Arugula & Cress. All greens are grown year-round without pesticides or chemicals at our vertical farm in Hudson, MA, using our proprietary tech farming platform. Products are available in 4oz clamshells for grocery retail and 8oz and 16oz bags for restaurant and foodservice customers. The line has been sold through select distributors across the New England market for three years and is currently selling at full capacity.

VideoThe Untill Grid - A Vertical Farming Platform
Untill's proprietary farming platform is a fully autonomous vertical farming system, automating every stage of production from seeding through harvest. The platform is built on a modular, production-line format — units can be added to scale output, and specialized crops can be swapped in or out by adding or removing accessory robotic machinery, without redesigning the system. It's capable of growing a wide portfolio of crops, including leafy greens, herbs, berries, and select flowers. An integrated vision system paired with omni-channel data collected across farm operations feeds our AI layer, which autonomously adjusts growing conditions in real time for optimal plant health and yield. The platform grows baby greens from seed to harvest in just 11 days, using 9x less energy and half the labor of competing farming platforms. Protected by two granted patents, The Untill Grid is available for franchising, allowing partners to bring resilient, local food production to their own communities.
