Restoring dignity and quality of life to the 25% of all women now suffering with Stress Urinary Incontinence, SUI, is our mission. To achieve it, we have invented, developed, built, patented and successfully clinically tested a small soft medical device which her doctor slides into her urethra without surgery, and replaces every four months to renew its antimicrobial that prevents biofilm formation and painful encrustation. Our device detects the abdominal pressure rise that signals an imminent leak, automatically shuts its urine passage to block the leak, then reopens to allow normal urination. By eliminating the need for external urine absorbers, and their odor, we also will return elderly women, who are in care facilities only because they can no longer change their diaper, back home to their families. The device is so innovative that the FDA requires us to do a clinical trial to prove it is safe and effective; we are raising a $3 million dollar seed round to fund that study. Three years after FDA permission for sales, when annual sales in the U.S. and Europe have grown to $414 million, we will be acquired for $3.3 Billion by a strategic with worldwide sales forces.
