Matcha is an electrification investment platform for multifamily and commercial real estate. We fund, install, own, and operate EV charging and battery storage at the properties we underwrite, taking on the capital and operating risk that has kept owners on the sidelines. Owners get infrastructure with no CapEx and no operating burden - residents get reliable, affordable charging where they already park. We operate our national portfolio on our own software, which handles access, pricing, load management, and utility program participation across sites and hardware vendors. That lets us underwrite charging as an asset rather than sell it as a product. Backed by Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator, Remarkable Ventures, and MassCEC, we're focused on the 44 million Americans who rent and have no practical way to charge at home.
